The 2013 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon ranks as one of our best to date. The growing season was perfect with moderate temperatures, cool nights and little rainfall and the result was near perfect in the bottle. The wine is filled with black cherry aromas with hints of sweet vanilla that comes from our French oak barrel aging. The palate is soft and supple that is loaded with blackberries and dark currants that complement the round tannins that provide for a long finish.
