The 2006 Barlow Estate 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has tremendous richness as a result of the fruit's ripeness, and a solid tannin structure that will allow it to mature nicely over time. Dark and decadent, but with a good showing of balance and complexity makes this wine accessible now but can also be cellared for years to come. The aroma captures the property with it's classic black sour cherry and a hint of sweet French oak.
