The 2019 growing season saw a lengthy, mild summer, with no huge heat spikes, flavors were able to become extremely expressive throughout the vintage. The abundant hang time for the grapes proved to result in amazing color and structure as well. You will see this in the 2019 Barlow Cabernet Sauvignon with its robust ruby red color. On the palate you will enjoy a strong but soft structure with dark fruits complemented by notes from our French oak barrels, such as vanilla and nutmeg. The aroma complements the palate nicely with hints of plum and mocha.
