The 2021 Barrouge has a gorgeous garnet color with a complex palate. The fruit from the palate ranges from red cherry, a hint of plum, black cherry notes, to sweet vanilla and cocoa. The fruit density is one of our favorites! The aroma gives off dark chocolate, fresh red fruit, and espresso pulled from the French oak barrels. The finish is long and soft, leaving you wanting more.
